Archway Millsap Venture trusted SDS Architecture as Prime architect in the development of the design and construction documents for their Geodynamics Project.

The site was located at 10500 W. I-20 in Millsap, TX. The project consists site development and construction of two new buildings with total 30,000 SF with associated shell improvements, interior improvements, site work and paving.

The construction budget of $ 1,500,000.00. The project was developed in two phases:

Phase 1: Preliminary design, including programming, master planning, design development and preliminary bid package.

Phase 2: Design Development, Construction Documents, permitting, Bidding/Negotiation and coordination with the Owner’s designated project manager.
