Our firm maintains corporate Architectural Status with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners. We carry professional liability insurance. We are DBE certified through NCTRCA. We are a small and extremely efficient team of very talented and qualified team members, with reputation and proven capabilities over a long time of experience.
We have consistently demonstrated our commitment to meet rigorous schedules on rapid response projects with tight budget constraints while maintaining the highest level of professional services.
Our team has provided architectural services for numerous projects of various types and sizes. Our portfolio features healthcare, educational, institutional, sport and hospitality facilities, and airports.
We have successfully completed a large number of retail, residential, multipurpose high rise and low rise commercial buildings. SDS Architecture also provides building assessment services and program management. Our firm was a member of the Program Management Team of the 2002 DISD Bond Program, assisting Austin Commercial as a D/MBE Architectural Design Review Consultant and Project Manager.
We were a member of the Design-Build Team with Phillips May as prime Architect for the North Lake College Adaptive remodel of Vacant Space, as part of the 2004 DCCCD Bond Program.
We were selected and provided design services to Fort Worth ISD 2007 and 2013 Capital Improvement Programs and Dallas ISD 2002 and 2008 Bond Program.
Since 2013 SDS Architecture is a team member as a design consultant to the HKS, Inc. team for the DFW Airport Development and Engineering Program, and has completed several projects, using BIM technology.
