Three-story, 137-bed healthcare center designed to match the residential character of the Towers.

The project included: private day-rooms, activity rooms, a nutrition center, private dining rooms, laundry, and private and semi-private rooms. Team member under HKS employment.

Designed as a three-story concrete structure with a rendered CMU block veneer.
